How do fixed braces work?

Fixed braces use a series of brackets, archwires and elastics to guide your teeth into proper alignment. A small bracket will be affixed to each individual tooth with a metal archwire running through them. Tiny elastics help secure everything in position.

During your treatment, you'll be scheduled for routine adjustment appointments at our practice. At these visits, our Dr Jeet will make small bends in your archwires to exert gentle and precise pressure on your teeth. This pressure will gradually shift your teeth into their ideal positions.
